"Voice Clone" refers to the synthetic reproduction of the Voice Donor's voice characteristics using artificial intelligence technology.
"Voice Data" refers to all audio recordings, voice samples, and related biometric voice characteristics provided by the Voice Donor.
"Company" refers to the organization seeking consent for voice cloning as identified above.
Permitted Uses: The Voice Clone created from the Voice Donor's voice data will be used exclusively for:
